2P, LLC is a Design/Build, Construction Management firm. The principals of 2P, LLC, a Metropolitan DC based firm, have been serving the area for over 30 years collectively. We can take your project from dilapidated shell or vacant lot to a custom single or multifamily residence or light commercial use structures. We also design and/or build creative plans for additions and renovations to homes and other properties.

About Us
The partners of 2P, LLC established the firm almost by accident. Over the years, all principals had been working individually towards the same goal of providing housing for the under served communities that they have an affinity with when their paths crossed and ideas started to fly! Collectively their firms have completed over 75 projects. These projects have been as diverse as simple gut rehabs, to construction and renovation of multifamily complexes.
