Who are we?
The partners of 2P, LLC established the firm almost by accident. Over the years, all principals had been working individually towards the same goal of providing housing for the underserved communities that they have an affinity with when their paths crossed and ideas started to fly! Collectively their firms have completed over 75 projects. These projects have been as diverse as simple gut rehabs, to construction and renovation of multi family complexes.
The ultimate goal of 2P, LLC is to create affordable quality housing for both the senior and individual and families with disabilities communities. 2P, LLC offers a wide range of services – from planning and design to construction management.
